We were about to call it a day when we found out about Jum Nakao from our new craze Paper Studio. And are so excited we cannot wait till tomorrow to share.

Backstage of São Paulo Fashion Week, 2004

The paper collection is from Jum's 2004 São Paulo Fashion Week. We were in São Paulo in 2005 for the Architecture Biennale and barely missed the show. Created out of vegetable paper, the pieces are constructed using digital technology and hand-made techniques. Our favourite part of the show? The Playmobile headpiece. Awesome!
